About qrcodefromurl.app

QR Code from URL makes a QR code for a web address and lets you download it as an image, nothing more. The code is drawn in your browser with an open-source library, so the address is never sent to a server and there is no tracking link in the middle: the code points straight at your URL. It is a single page kept deliberately small.

Who

qrcodefromurl.app is built and looked after by Saurav Kumar Sharma, an independent developer in India. There is no company behind it and no team; if something breaks, the person who fixes it is the person who wrote it.

How it is built

Everything on this site runs inside your browser. Drafts of the written guides are prepared with software help and then edited by hand; the measurements and examples come from running the tool.
